No, it will not.

For 65 bucks PHS will tell you the hold story

The VIN doesn't really tell you much about the details, just the year and where it was made. There's a decoder at http://www.1963pontiac.com/vin.asp where you can plug in the number and see the available info - it appears you may not have all the digits correct, it comes back with 'invalid' for the assembly plant location.

To find out the options on the car your best choice is to order the documents from http://www.phs-online.com/order.htm

It's a car I was looking at...just trying to find out if it's real...could spend a lot of money doing that for every one I look at...lol

Ask the seller if they have the PHS documentation and if not, to get it before you would consider buying it. Some already have the PHS documentation and if they don't it would help them sell it. On the higher end cars, I know buyers will buy their own so that they get the info directly from PHS though.

^^^ that and have the seller send a clear (clean, in-focus) pic of the COWL TAG.

Then post it here and a couple of the regulars here who are Savants about '64-big cars.

times 2 what matt said. Cowl tag on passenger side should have that info

Hmm; L = Linden.

For some reason it looks like their decoder doesn't like the Linden plant code.
