Yup, that one went around the engineering community when it was first posted around nine years ago.

Haha, as old as the internet but still fantastic! There are actually 3 versions too.

My understanding is that was all extemporaneous - they needed something for the sound check and the presenter did that all off the top of his head.

Haha, sorry for the double post but I thought it was funny.
It's probably put together by a politician with an engineering degree?

I still get a charge out of it after all these years. Never gets old.

It has been around for a long time, but never gets old. We used to show it on the first day of automatic transmission class at the college with a very stern and straight face. The look on the student's faces was priceless! Some were sure they had picked the wrong career.

As said in the "replies"... '"I lost my sh!t at recipricating dingle arm."
And at "I'm sure the government will buy it." Yeah they would, and then give it away to China.

Turbo Encabulator is hilarious
I too saw that video a long time ago, but it is still hilarious to us engineers.
I'm sure non-engineers, if they ever watch it will be totally convinced that the turbo encabulator is the next god's gift to people. |

The man surely has the gift of words and a pokerface to show with it.
