Default auto transmission stamped code.

My non matching 71 GTO has a turbo hydro 400 with 27A223559 stamped on drivers side pad above the pan area. I know it is not the original trans. Does anyone know what model car this came out of? Ths car originally built with a 455( not HO) and auto trans.
Thanks.

2 - Make, Pontiac.
7 - Year, 1967.
A - GA. plant (not sure what bodies were produced there).
223559 - Serial number of vehicle.

Is there no metal tag on other side?
