Dont give up on your TA clone project... ever!

Here are some pics of Debs 69 convert TA clone. She bought her bird in 1978 for $500.00. In 2004 she decided if we were doing paint and already had blue interior parts in our parts car...why not. Its been thru alot of good and bad times over the years.Even a few NY winters as primary vehicle. Big change from Gold with black top!

When we 1st dated she made it clear it was HER car and promised I'd go before her car...I knew then I had to marry her lol!

I think these pics are from 2014.

That is very cool, and as much as I'd love the 69 TA tribute car, it will cost us to much to do it the way we do things which is bone stock. I recently had the car for sale and now it's not for sale due to running the numbers and finding out it's somewhat rare. It was born a Carrousel Red OHC 4sp. car so my Husband has decided to put it back the way it was born. Your wife's clone is SWEEEEET! I love it. Good luck with it. I'm now after a 77 Bandit T Top TA. and I'll name him Burt LOL.

Thank you! I learned a lot on the journey to recovery, and there are soooo many people fighting this battle, so if I can in any way help them to understand the process and oddities that occur it may in someway help them know what "could" happen to them during and after treatments. Trust me life is still no picnic now that I'm cured there's still things that pop up. Such as, very dry eyes I'm talking I can't see out of it at times, I'm now receiving a treatment called Autologus Serum therapy, by where they make an eye drop from my blood. It comes to me on dry ice and I keep one vile in the fridge, the others in the freezer Hoping this treatment heals the cornea and tears return. (And NO, it's not covered by insurance) The eye is so dry it's 3 times worse than weld flash, and my eye grows tiny filaments on the cornea to try and heal itself, however then I have no vision in it so these filaments must be removed by the eye Dr. kidney function issues, high potassium in the blood that if not found could cause a heart attack. There are many things after the Cancer is gone but you just push yourself to be strong and make the best of them, because it beats the alternative. LOL Me then.....and me now....

Congrats on beating Leukemia! May your journey towards better health be as smooth as driving an old Poncho on fresh blacktop.
