Default What black paint to use to repaint 1966 GTO steering column cover

Hello - new to forum. While pulling gauges from my 66 GTO I put a scratch into the steering column cover (DEVASTATED). Fixed scratch but need to repaint cover. Looking for correct paint to use. Tested a satin finish that isn't right. Have order a SEM 39243 Trim paint and also have backordered an interior reconditioning spray paint too. What should I be looking for? Some kind of 60 semi-gloss?
