Rally 2 wheels/Spare tire question
If you ordered a 67 GTO with rally 2 wheels. Was the spare rim also a rally 2 or just a plain steel rim?

Couldn't find the source checking some of my reference books, but as I recall, '66 and '67 GTO's ordered with rally I's or rally II's came with five ... one in the trunk.
That's how I set up my '66. Someone else might chime in with additional info hope that helps. Ron

Mine came with five. I can't imagine they didn't do the same with Rally IIs

My new '67 GTO came with 5 Rally I's, my new '72 LeMans/GTO also came with 5 Rally II's. It wasn't till around 1976 that they started putting a plain rim as a spare. (now a days you don't even get a spare on a lot of cars)
