Default Talk me into / out of this '72 Model J

The good --
*Appears original and mostly unmolested
*One decent repaint in the original sundance orange
*body straight, everything lines up, nice chrome and trim all the way around
*fires right up, runs and goes thru all the gears good
*Uncracked dash, nice original headliner,
*Lots of original documents

The bad --
*Rust in each corner of the filler panel beneath the rear window
*One decent repaint in the original sundance orange=
*Both door panels are cracked. Both seat bottoms are split
*Dash appears to have been cut for an aftermarket radio , so was the rear package tray and the passenger side of the console
*A/C is all there but not working (belt missing so could be just that)
*Sat for ??? years, history is unknown. It lived some part of its life in the midwest. From the plates it has been in CA at least 20 years (manufactured at the Atlanta GA plant)

I've taken in worse looking strays before, But... I have only a little experience with GPs. I did have one other 72 GP about 5 years ago, it was a documented 32K mile car, original down to the dealer license plate frames... so I know what these cars can and should look like if they are right.

I ran the PHS and it's a pretty plain, low option jane car.
