Default ISO 1967 GTO BITS

Is there a source for a column shift indicator Plastic Bezel?
I'm pointing up a '67 Drop Top and the plastic bezel is badly worn.

Also looking for a source for the correct Convertible rear-view mirror/mirror assembly.

Thanks for any assist.

I got a near mint mirror from Andre, had my arm re-chromed and re-used the original rubber boot after re-dying it. I don't know of a source for any of these parts.
