National Brand Pinion Seal #2043 okay??????
I'm installing the pinion in my 68 Bird rearend. I can only get a National Brand #2043 seal locally and I would like to do the install asap, so I don't want to wait for delivery on a Timken seal.. Is the National brand okay? Hard to know what's good and bad these days since so much of it comes from the same foreign manufacturer. For all I know it might be the same as the Timken.

they are ok, i have used them for pinion seal and brake rotor seal
