Racing and fuel injection
My 64 is going to be an 80 / 20 car with the 80 being street driven. I'm thinking about getting an FITech fuel injection system for on the car.
Are any of you using any fuel injection systems at the track ? What are the pros and cons ?

we used it on our twin turbo car -- worked great and there is way better stuff out there now -- some learning curve to it, but if you like that stuff it will not take you long to get it working

We run a FuelTech FT500 system and love it.

I'm looking at a TBI unit for my race car. I believe it would be more consistent through temp. & weather changes. I hate jetting or guessing at performance changes. 🙄Po

Fitech is fine for street but even the Holley Sniper has much better tuneability. Go with a Holley system. BTW I have a fitech on my car and like it but I also know its limitations

Is the holley system an easy set up self contained system too?

It is overkill for my application at this point, but I have the XFI Sportsman system, using the 2.0 8-injector throttle body, waiting to be installed. Hope to install it in a few weeks.

Yes the Holley Sniper is 4 wires as well. The terminators have a few more wires but tje system can support dual TB and also multiport
