If you're still running those BBC rockers from the first 2 builds, your lift is around .530". Duration and timing events are also altered (amplified) so there is nothing fundamentally "wrong" with your combination for the so-called "driven-daily" use of the car. Room for growth in the heads but not a detriment to street performance.

It gets driven almost daily. In fact I put 60 miles on it yesterday. I am still using the BBC rockers.

the 64 lemans headliner is a pretty easy diy project...we orderd the sail panels already made, theres a amall part of it that you have to buy really thick glue for at top sail panel, a small rail and the headliner itself is pretty simple too. just pull the slack as you go and tuck into the trim on sides, you may have to come back as you go and adjust but trim pieces just pull off. me and my son did it in a couple hours

Longer life for that MSD would be to get it off the hot firewall and put it somewhere under the dash inside the car. Would also make the engine compartment look less cluttered.

I literally just bought yesterday one of those add on Apple CarPlay screens that you can broadcast an FM signal that your radio picks up. It’s awesome the only problem is it plugs into the cigarette lighter so there’s that wire going across the dash…but I do have car play now so that’s really nice. I have 4 6x9s in the car. Two 5 ways in the front vents and two 3 ways in the back package tray with a 1000 watt pioneer amp in the trunk so I’m good for now I just wish I could hide those wires better. The car runs like a raped ape. I’m really pleased. I have almost 6000 miles on it now. My biggest noninterior related repair it needs is to chase down the little leaks.

You might look into having an Aurora Design conversion done on a factory radio. I had Gary Tayman do one for my Burban some 58k miles ago. Works great. You can do an Aux imput, USB, and/or Bluetooth, and AM, FM of course.

This is what I had done. My Bluetooth module went out so I’m on AM/FM. I am gonna plug my CarPlay screen into the aux input if I can find a way to hide that wire

Bummer! Yours is the first failure I've heard of. I didn't get Bluetooth on mine as I have nothing to connect to it.
