Default Hose clamps Idal brand

Anyone know where to get the heater hose/A/C hose clamps that have the short tab welded to the clamp? This was used to locate the clamp directly on the barbs of the hose nipple. What I have is the Ideal brand and marked 12S and need 6 new ones. These clamps use the a worm screw that threads into the band of the clamp. Ideal catalog doesn`t show them. Napa brand are different.

Have quite a few originals if that will help.

jtea thanks. Evidently Ideal was absorbed and at that time several special clamps were ended. The one shown looks correct with the Ideal logo but has the addition of a script above. Evidently these are made in China(everything is these days) so unless I can stumble on to a left-over box, these will work fine.
Bob Vidan thanks also. I have my originals and it seems the band is stainless steel but the screw has rusted. Maybe they could be restored. I have done some homework and Ideal supplied GM with the A/C clamps. I found a stash in California at an aftermarket store with the GM part number on the package but they wouldn`t ship. Strange to say the least. Several GM boxed service kits also have the clamp(s) included. Details Details Details.....How many judges would know the difference? They will now I guess with this post.

Strange and California in the same sentence is normal around here.
