'69 JA Wheel Backspace
Does anyone know the backspace for a '69 Judge Rally ll (JA) wheel?

I noticed my set of JA's has black paint brushed onto the area where the center is spot welded to the rim. Is this the norm for these? |

I have many untouched rally wheels, none have any black paint there.
