Default Distributer specs? '57, 5 & 59

Didn't see anything in my shop manual but am looking for the specs for the Mechanical advance as well as the Vacuum advance for a '57 with 4bbl.

Since restoring same, this would be the time to have it re-curved too.
Maybe someone can recommend a good curve to go along with an 067 Cam?
