455 Sauce
The question has been asked what is the difference between the three 455 sauces we offer
(1) 455 original. is a all purpose craft sauce made with Spanish olive oil, orange juice, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, vinegar, Spanish herbs and spices mustard, mayonnaise, and a touch of ghost pepper . we have sold over 3000 bottels in one year and I have been told it goes on everything. . Fish, eggs, burgers, hot dogs ,pizza , sausage. and makes an awesome coleslaw dressing . (2) 455 Hot .. was going to be named 455 HO but other than pontiac guys like us it would be called HO sauce. Hot is the same as original but it has more ghost pepper. (3) MOJO is a Cuban marinade used for chicken, pork, beef and has a great flavor as a salad dressing. It is a lot like an Italian dressing with a Caribbean twist. Mojo is in the 455 sauce. |

My Family ate there when you had a lunch day with the Fire Dept there. Cuban Sandwich was THE BEST! I may swing in sometime.

I make a mean garlic lime shrimp marinade from olive oil, butter, garlic, lime juice, and either cayenne or jalapeno depending on my mood.

/\ I bought some sauces for my brothers for christmas, and added some for myself to the order;
Keep in mind I have German/Mennonite heritage, what was being described is outside of my comfort zone - which is what you essentially quoted there. Lets put it this way; I do not regret the purchase. That video link was nice - it was neat to put a face to the (super friendly) gentleman behind the sauces

Been using Mojo sauce for years. I love it. My wife is a Chef and she likes Cuban food so we always have Mojo around the house. I use it as a Sub (or any cold cut sandwich) dressing.
She uses it to marinate the roast pork for her traditional Cuban sandwiches. It's a great marinade, especially for pork or chicken. By the way, it's pronounced 'Mo Ho' in case anyone is wondering.

I want some! After reading the three ingredient make-ups, it sounds fantastic! But as a trainer, I would be curious on fat content
