Default 69 firebird fuel door/plate holder

What are you guys using for 69 Firebird fuel door/plate holders? Doesn't anyone make the correct one? Anyone parting a 69 bird?

The Camaro one I believe is the one that Ames sells requiring an additional mounting bracket. I would rather have an original one that I can restore than the wrong one.
