No sensitive data and sold the car years ago. Hopefully my ex and I will settle this fall and I'll get all my car junk out of what used to be my basement
 It listed just the options that effected the soft trim (console, trim code, etc)

Inspection Sheet.
I have a water test sheet from a tempest convert that I used to own (manual top kinda cool)...I tried to scan it but it is in really rough shape and also VERY dirty...
If someone can give me some tips on getting 40 years of dirt off it, I will try to scan it... |

I did my best trying to clean it, but it is still too dirty to put on my scanner. I will take a couple of close up pics from the iPhone and post them this week.

This is what I got . ( sorry no scanner ) These are the tags from the rear seat bottom ,one from my GTO and one from a Lemans parts car years back, both 68 verts . They were wrapped around seat spring upper right corner of tag and crimped in place. Believe was for trim shop to get right upholstery for car. The seq. trim # matches nothing on my car but body # and insp # are both on my trim tag.

So I still had the Lemans rear seat bottom in basement and got the missing corner. Best I could do piecing it together Again I think this is a build card that was installed when seat frame was built and has the info upholstery group needs. Notice clamp that held card to seat frame is a seat spring clamp and not hog ringed.
Incase image is crappy, left to right , seq-trim. body-no. insp. seq. no. c options style trim Under the C column I have a 2 on GTO and Lemans cards and under options both have B50 and nothing else. No idea what B50 is but GTO is headrest car and Lemans wasn't , but both bucket seat cars. 68 cars.

That is correct.. My ordering info. has that as B50 Foam Front Cushion
His sheets were from 1968 cars, but they seem to be same type sheets used in 69.
