Is it cross drilled or does it have straight shot oiling ?

fwiw: straight-shot and cross-drilled are not mutually exclusive. The forging in my hemi V8 is straight-shot and is cross-drilled. Works great to 9,000 RPM.

No I wont be going. I would love to go to Norwalk some day. I wish it were closer. They should have a west coast equivalent. I can ship it Fastenal if you set it up.

That I dont know? I will need to look at it when I get back there. The original receipt showed $739 from Butlers. It doesn't say anything about hat on the receipt. Do they charge that much for regular vrs cross drilled? Or would it be more? We bought a motor that was apart. We were going to put it together but we decided on a different stroke.

Hi Bryan, here's the Fastenal site to get a quote since its usually paid on the receiving end. You will get a response within a business day. Describe the package as an enclosed crate. I will build it to be within 20" x 20" x 15". Add about 2lbs to the weight of a crank for the crate.
I can send it from the Eagle Point Fastenal near my work. Zip for that is 97524. The other zip was if I sent it UPS or Fedex near home. |
