Hello looking to confirm before I put money into this motor. I have a 195 out of a 62 I want to put into my wife's 63. Besides the odious like brackets is there any reason it won't bolt right into the 63?

No not at all. I put a 63 motor in my 61 Tempest wagon. Go for it.
It will bolt right in.
