Incredible #s! Please excuse my ignorance but what are the basics? Cubes, induction, etc.? Would love to have seen that 6.98 in person.

79 T/A w/463, Scat crank, Eagle rods, Icon pistons, Lunati solid roller, 262/270, KRE 325 heads, Northwind intake, QF950 carb, full interior, ps, pdb, th350, and 3.73 gears. Pump gas, 3650 lbs. race weight. 10.68 @ 126 so far... no tuning yet.

Guess that’s why the event is called the “World Cup Finals”. Oct 30-Nov 3, 2019 next fall, will be the place to be to see some fast Pontiacs, again. Congrats to Tony, Billy and crew for running that six!

Staying at home is nice and comfortable BUT going to other drag strips is FUN and you can really find out just how good you are when you travel!
