So is a Pontiac 215 6 cylinder or were the Pontiac 215 6’s built by Chevrolet in 64 and 65? I owned a 64 LeMans with the 215 6 and called it a Pontiac

I thought the 6 in 64+65 was a Chevy and Pontiac didn't have their "own" 6 until 66 with the OHC

It is indeed a PONTIAC engine. In fact it has PONTIAC cast into the block on the passenger side. Its a Pontiac 215. I assume its similar to Chevy's 230, but its not a chevy.. I owned one in a 64 Taxi hehe. Excellent fuel economy. Would be a huge argument starter at a car show!

Maybe it is stealth composite. So you don't get pulled over for doing 50 in a 45 zone.

Well....almost. Too bad, my favorite T-bird body style but that extended roof just ruins the look. If they'd come all the way back like a real wagon...maybe it would look ok... but not that.
