I recently installed factory RA cast iron headers since the previous set of aftermarket headers gave up the ghost. I am concerned with how close the brake line is going along the frame and cross member to the passenger side disk. This is in a '65 chassis. Anyone have pics of an alternate routing? I don't want to put it in front of the cross member due to potential road trash getting kicked up and damaging the brake line.

Putting the lines on the front of the crossmember is the way the factory did it in 67. The lines then went under the sides of the frame and wrap around the outside after the control arms. Spring wrap will offer protection.
