Default 69-70 GTO Am/Fm Radio
It has 70 GTO mono am/fm marked on the tag. I am not sure what it fits. Looks to be in nice condition.

Thank you. I took some more pictures and as someone asked I checked the push buttons and dial. The buttons work, change it from am to fm and the tuner moves the needle freely.
