That's a lotta work on that '65 but it would be awesome restored. Black over red with a column shift. I like it.

Here's a cool one. I'd bet 2X is in this car more than the asking price. It's a 70 242 GTO with the Judge package added. NOM with a frame off. This is what happens when someone decides they're gonna create a very real replica and finally finish it. Frame off is no joke. 65K BIN OBO in Canada. Judge stuff missing from the interior, but that couldn't be that hard to fix. If I built this car it would have been a 4-speed.

70 Grand Prix in Florida that runs for $3500 BIN. Some rust in the trunk lid area, but it is only $3500.

I like that '70 GP and I believe it's worth every bit of the $3500 he's asking but this quote had me shaking my head a bit....

Rally II wheels and tires alone are worth what I am asking;

He mentions they are 15" wheels
maybe he has them confused with Early 15" Rally2 T/A Rims .
That would put him closer to his number.
but, they aren't Early 15" T/A Rims .

Neat that it was not a VinylTop car.
And the anti-radio block-off plate is still intact too !

Those 69 and 70 GP's really sold well when new.
They could have bought a well equipped Judge/GTO/TA for what that GP cost.

Yeah, I like it in general. '69-'72 are my favorites of that generation... but it's just one of many I'll never have at this point.

67 Firebird convert in Michigan at $45K. What I love about this car is the color. The purist will hate the LS1, but I love it. I see a lot of cars being redone with their original colors because that's what God intended, but sometimes it doesn't hurt to deviate IMO if it's in good taste. Green was a very popular color in 67 and 68 and I do like it, but because it was so popular there are a lot of them out there. The 70 GTO at the bottom is being rerun at $50K. It's a Judge tribute (original GTO) with a NOM and has a frame off. Some pretty bad decisions were made with this car. The green looks great, but the high end paint job could have been black with a red interior and no one would care it wasn't original. I think the lesson learned is to have a plan. This car has only been driven 150 miles. Someone spent a lot of money to drive it 150 miles. If'n it were me, I would have made it a teal Judge tribute if I was to go that route, but the bottom line is a frame off on a tribute car is going to lose money.

That carpet on the console is giving me the heebee jeebees just looking at it. Factory Black '74 Formula could be a real nice car though.

I like the clean looks of that TA. Nice color combo...if white a black are colors? White cars have grown on me in my old age.
I wonder how long that masking tape has been left on the turn signal lenses?

Good catch on the turn signals. I too like white cars... so much easier to keep clean.
