Default Lower control arm missing bump stop holes

I installed this lower control arm I got from OER on the passenger side of my 67 firebird before i noticed that it doesnt have holes for the bump stop.
It actually has 2 holes (see photo with arrow) but they are on the other side of the arm and i don't really know what they would be for.

Questions are::
Is there any problem drilling 2 holes in the new arm to facilitate the bump stop.
Also. What are the 2 misplaced holes in the new arm for?

That’s a 69 style arm. The 3 years all use a different arm.

Yup, late arm not early. The holes are in the right place if you had a 69 front frame.

You can drill where you need in your new arms.
