Default Vegas 4-Wide Nats

In Stock Q-1, Brad Burton is #22. His car is listed as a '74, running D/SA. So, that means that either that '74 is a misprint, & should be '72, OR, the Burtons have switched their '74 Formy over to 455 power. If anybody knows for sure, please post your info.

After doing a little diggin, it appears that the highest class a '74 Bird could run is E/SA, since you can add weight to run a class lower than the car's natural class, and remove weight to run one class higher. An SD455 powered '74 Formula's natural class is F. So, you could remove weight & run E/SA.

The NHRA weight for a '73 Formy is nearly a hundred lbs lighter than for the '74 Formy. That makes the '73's natural class E. So, you could run D, E, or F Stock, with the '73. So, my guess is that the '74 is a misprint & should read '72, which is the same car Brad's been racing for years.

C.W.Hoefer is #34. Ryan Warter is #57.
