Oh geez. I swear I see cars like this and consider the odds of my wife divorcing me if I bring home another car. I didn’t even mention the one I have my eye on at the local junk yard.

I like that one a lot, I wish it was closer!

Does the chrome top breather and valve covers indicate the "HO" 428, or did all 68 428's come with the chrome (assuming they were not added later on)?

Nicely modified street pounder but what poor taste in colors (clashing).
I like the purple but if you are going to 2-tone it, there are very few colors that will be appropriate. If I was given this car, I think I might just have a full vinyl WHITE top installed , ala early 70s mopar. Though my preference would be for a non vinyl roof.

Can't see any evidence of mini tub work in this trunk pic. Sure looks like a solid car.

Looks like a single stage enamal was done at some point, with poor surface prep on the hood.
The underhood pic is looking very Earl Shiebesque.

i looked at this car and its strange that the fender wells radiator support etc are totally void of any factory paint.
