Default Does anyone still make the timing cover that uses SBC water pump?

Is that still available, if so from whom?
I'd like to see if they still make any new ones as i'd like to swap to the higher flowing SBC water pump.

Yes. It’s been discussed here before but I forget who is making them. I’m sure someone else will know.

Looks like the benefits would be:

SBC water pumps are much more common than Ponchos. And especially if you wanted to run an electric pump.

No more divider plate to clearance.

Last but not least: removable plate to access cam/timing set without breaking your oil pan seal.

thanks Richie, i will have to check them out

one reason i want one is if i change the cam (or build another engine), i'm going to want to replace the timing cover and i really want the additional flow of the higher flowing Meziere pump

The only downside to those front cover is their pretty heavy. I run those too but I have mine modified so I can change timing on my cam gear without removing the front section and redoing the seal.
