I installed the NVU performance Series, white faced gauges in my 67 Firebird about 3 years ago. Last year the oil pressure guage stopped working out of the blue. When you turn on the car, the needle goings all way way to the right and stays there until you turn the car off.
Two weeks ago, the temp gauge is doing the same thing. I have checked the wire, sender body and the fitting that the sender is screwed into, when you ground them, one at a time, the needle moves to the right. I took out the sender and fitting, cleaned them, put a small amount to pipe dope and reinstalled, same out come. Any other suggestions? Thanks DM3
