I agree on color. I had an Admiralty Blue one and I like the white just as well. I'd love to have one in each color and parade them around on Independence Day!

OK, so I wasn't really remembering that car correctly. I looked at it again and it's much better condition than I remembered, pretty good really. I'm personally a fan of white. I think the auto trans hurt it the most. But would have thought it could go a little higher.

Yes, a slushbox...I like those better but this car had the tuxedo interior and no A/C but really nit picking...lol

I pointed out that it looked like it had been dry ice blasted and he answered he used a cleaning agent called Castrol Super Clean. I didn't want to criticize the guy as the control arms and calipers cleaned up nice but he also removed all the factory assembly line markings. I have two low mile Trans Ams that I also cleaned up but not to the extent that this car had. I think its much harder to keep a car an original surviver. You need to do your research and take lots of photos.

I think you guys are trying to compare a live auction with a virtual one. I think it would have went higher with another bidder and more with a couple more with drinks in them. Just shy of where I thought it would have ended.
