Default Tiki door pulls

Weird question,

So I was looking for a set of tiki door pulls (something like the attached) that screw onto the door locks, you know like they have dice, skulls etc.

I can't find any place that sells them in the US and sure it won't be here by Christmas if I order it from Japan or Germany. I looked at mooneyes and a few other places already.

Does anyone know anyone in the US sells them?

Thanks!

3D printers. I bet one could churn out stuff like that
real quick. Epoxy it on those generic lock knobs that
were all the rage for a time. Better yet, have a piece
of polished aluminum tubing tapped/knurled to use
as an insert.

Biggest challenge would be creating renders(?) for
whatever format they use. Easter Island big heads??
Skulls? Sky is the limit. If Dataway spots this, he could
elaborate on the process?
