just came a cross this in a 71 lemans sport is this factory 8 track lid found a pic online as well whats it for

Sure looks like one.. Spacers go into the hole and there is a bracket below it that mounts on the hump then you screw the upper bracket to it

Same as my 72. I filled those holes and put new decal over top to cover old holes since I don't have the 8 track anymore.
