Tool to access canceling cam?
I'm putting in a new steering wheel on my '71 non-tilt-wheel Formula, and I remember the horn contact has to go through where the canceling cams are.
Isn't there a special tool to pop that cover where these cams are? What is it called? Thanks --

Like a Kent Moore tool? Likely has anything like that in service manual.

They loan out the lock plate removers at most chain parts stores for a deposit. Word of advice though, be careful working around that cancel cam. They love to break during removal and installation.
