Looking for a 1973 firebird steering column .NON tilt .Or at least the main input shaft .Or rebuilding service near Connecticut .Somethings wrong with mine .The spline with notch doesn't stick out far enough .Colasped or bad upper bearing .In Connecticut .Thanks .

I am posting incase this helps.
As far as I am aware, these are the same part for ALL 1970-1978 F-bodies; I believe that the brights switch moved from the floor to the column in 1979 - which was when the column changed (but It may have been 1980); If you find a parts car, look for the floor mounted brights switch as a way of confirming that you found a good part.
