Steve25…Paper rolls, carbide burr's, etc. If I need something I get it.
Limited to low intakes due to low hood clearance, so a cast 9799068 intake manifold.
No headers, RARE Ram Air (RA1)manifolds with over sized outlets and 2.5” mandrel formed down pipes.
2nd gen firebird chassis.

Not looking to port extensively, only minimum that yields good returns if that’s reasonable and possible, seats were radiused and bowls opened up some when valve job was performed.
I won’t detune, I’ll up the octane.

some original pontiac head gaskets were in the .052-.056 range they show up on ebay here and there i picked up 4 of them not to long ago
