Seatbelt bolts
I bought four seatbelt bolts for the front. Two of the bolts have shoulders two of them do not. Where do you use the shoulder seatbelt bolts?

The 2 bolts with shoulders go on the inner front seat belts that are non adjustable. They have to swivel in position. The shoulder lets them swivel into position. The 2 outer seat belts are adjustable and stay stationary. That's my understanding.
