Post Txbobcat65's 1965 Catalina Convertible

Hey folks, posting this here for the Wyrick family. Bob's 1965 Catalina Convertible, Irish mist paint I believe, black interior, black top. Car has a running 428, paint and interior in good shape, Bob had the frame restored a few years back along with a rear end swap and then moved on to the 428 project. Needs some work, per the family but overall a very clean car.

$22,000 OBO location Crowley Texas

Thank you, I have fond memories of riding in it, it's a very nice car. Pass the word as the family wishes to sell at this point.

This looks like a nice car and not too far from me. Do you know what it needs? I always wanted an Iris Mist 65 to go along with my Mayfair Maize 65

I remember the car being very nice, paint and interior very presentable and it was a big deal when Bob swapped in a restored frame and better performance ratio rear end. Still a reasonable highway gear but I think it started out with 2.53 or something like that.

The family did have a mishap with the convertible top when they were moving it. Bob did not finish the engine swap and it was not running at the time but it is now.

I would simply encourage you to contact the seller or seller agent through the ad.
