The WIX filters may be significantly different in construction and even can size under the same part number. It just depends where the filter is made. The paint color, (shade of Black or White, the texture of the finish, the color and construction of the seal, the number of holes and shape in the base plate will all vary. Good or Bad? Don't have any idea. Visually, I am almost sorry to report, the ones made in China look the nicest with silicone seals and nice crimps on the cans. But I have WIX filters on the shelf made all over the world, even a few from the USA!
