Default NEW!!! Available soon. Ames Performance Ram Air and HO Exhaust Manifolds

Ames Performance is proud to announce that Ram Air manifolds will be available again soon! Much has changed in recent years with regard to availability and quality of cast iron Ram Air manifold for many popular classic Pontiacs. With that, we have elected to manufacture our own, exclusive castings for 1967 HO/RA(also fitting 1964-66 GTO/LeMans & Tempest V8), 1968-72 RA/H.O. D-Ports and 70-81 Firebird/TransAm D-Port applications. Many hours have been logged at our facility during this period to ensure fit, function and the most authentic pieces are offered to the Pontiac enthusiast. Currently, price has yet to be determined however, these will be as competitively priced as is feasible without sacrificing a degree of quality or character. Round port manifolds will also be pursued in the near future.

Would be nice to see some round-port manifolds when you get to that point.

A version that fits the ‘64-‘67 A-body might be worth considering, as well as the long-branch B-body / early F-body that everyone has been waiting many years for.

Make them with 2.5” outlets with matching flanges.

It seems that some left sides were "found". I ask if the newest version of the left side is somehow improved? Will the right side incorporate a heat riser?

AMES-TECH, that is good news! Do you have any idea of a tentative time frame for the release date - like 2-4 weeks ? 2-4 months? Would they be available on ebay or just your online store ? thx

Great news that Ames has a reliable vendor and they are happy with the quality of the product. Really hope that opens the door for a run of long branch, round port exhaust manifolds. That is where the real log jam is. Thousands and thousands of aluminum heads have been sold by Edelbrock, Speedmaster and Kauffman, with NO exhaust manifolds to fit B body, G body, or first generation F body cars. That's allot of cars with no exhaust manifold options. Only tube headers. It's been 5-6 years since any were available I think. Really appreciate your efforts.

FYI,I was able to use a passenger side 1967 Ram Air Exhaust Manifold on my 1962 LeMans with the 4 cylinder motor.
No issues.

I have a brand new set but haven’t opened it yet to check the quality, I ordered a set the day they were released just in case.
