There's a company online now that sells new metal for these areas. They have a simple name like "window frame metal" or something like that. Hopefully you can find them if you need these parts.

Belden Speed https://www.rustreplace.com/home/196...1972-lemansgto makes the window channel repair pieces. Just used them on my 69 Buick GS and they were easy to work with and fit with minimal adjustments.
