Such a shame on that TA.
Looks like all the visual parts are there for it being a Tenth Anniversary TA. (TATA) No cowl tag or VIN shown and no documentations.

Yes, ad says 76 bumpers were added during resto.
Along with 455 for the 400.

I missed that! They are a plus. Never was a fan of the 74-75 bumpers.
I had a 76 TA winter beater in the late 80’s. 455 4 sod. It was a dog but a looker in silver over red guts on honeycombs.
