Default Are these bumper brackets bent?

I have a 66 2+2 convertible. I picked up 2 sets of brackets a couple years back and had them blasted and powder coated so they would be ready for my bumpers or if I had an accident. I'm in the process of installing my bumpers and was going to use the powder coated set instead of the ones I took off my car that have some rust on them. I noticed that one set has a slight arch at the wide part of the bracket and the other does not. The arch is identical on both the left and right bracket. Which makes me think it's supposed to be that way.

Appreciate everyone's help as always. I can supply more photos if needed

Judging by what is in the pictures I would say yes. But the only way to tell for sure is bolt them to the bumpers and try to install. See what you have and adjust from there.
