I have four original rubber mats from a 1980 Turbo Trans Am, (two front and two rear) they are NOT in that great of a shape....
what are these worth ? Here is a picture of one I scrubbed with soap and water. I'll post pics of the other 3 later, NOT washed, so you'll get the idea. |

Own take! Francois, unfortunately, very little value in that condition. Have sold some really NICE used original mats that I picked up in the early 80's. Also have several pairs of moderately decent used condition '74-81 F-body mats, only kept them as better than nothing. For show use will not be using them, as have NOS mats in same colors & will be purchasing a new repro set of Black mats for another project.
Once they get wear on the thin raised ribbed areas, small checking of the surface, just not much value. If they were the correct gray color for a TATA, & they cleaned up decent, can see someone paying some $$ for them as there are owners looking for that color.

I know the original OE manufacturer, Rubber Queen, was still making these. I don't know if they currently have all of the colors available. The look exactly like what they suppled GM.

I bought a nOS set in camel, in boxes for 200$.
Clean them up, guys on this forum like 30$ and down prices. They will sell. |
