The OER leafs are 143# rate, can find that info on other sites. Although that is still kind of soft, they are a good compromise for the cost savings.
175# is an acceptable and a good target rate to look for, but if on a budget, anything over 150# will work 'good'. 200# or more starts to get into the 'harsh' range IMO, but in some cases is needed. .
