Wally World Parking Lot Full! LOL
Hey Folks,
Just got home from a transport & went to the Norwalk Wal-Mart to do my shopping...The lot was FULL with campers, car trailers, Etc! Looks like it is going to b e a great weekend at the track! Just fired up the GP, not sure if I will bring it, but I will definitely be there Saturday with my Lovely Wife Laura who, because of the cancer cannot last very long walking, but loves the cars & doesn't want to miss anything. If you see us walking around, please say "Hey" ...I know most guys will be wearing jeans & black T shirts, but I will probably be one of the only ones wearing Cowboy boots & holding the hand of the best looking Babe in the place, so please say Hey! Ill be up there for one day on Saturday to walk through the swap.
Probably in basketball shorts, and a heavy metal shirt with the sleeves cut off. Its hot, so basically the minimum Im required to wear without being a public mennace.

A bit of a chuckle before something serious.....
When Rocktimuspryme said "Basketball Shorts" , being 63 years old & someone who never wears shorts, I immediately envisioned Jerry West or John Havlechek from the late 60's early 70's! LOL Serious now...Without divulging names, please keep a fellow member in your thoughts & prayers. He was here yesterday, leaving his trailer here for a day before the show & planned on heading over to the show today when he received news of a tragedy in his family & had to immediately head back to the east coast. Coming from western pa ,ohio exit rt 10'-20 closed. I tried south to Oberlin, was ok. Got on 20 by Wally world.Then construction detour way before,wakeman Norwalk. Went south then west on 303 or 301 think, then back on 20 outside of wakeman. Then to downtown Norwalk best western. My friends went to 250 south. They were behind a few miles.They got to
hotel before I did. Learned something. |
