My 2011 Duramax has been a great truck. With 311,000 miles it’s just starting to show some nickle dime type repairs that I don’t want to deal with on a daily driver. So, looking to replace with a used 1-3 year old truck.
Any of these years have known issues? Thanks

Unless your dealing with heavy rust issues I would deal with the small problems. I think the newer stuff has many more "planned obsolescence" type problems than the older stuff, JMHO.
I have a 95 Jeep with 265,000 miles on it that I have fixed all the normal mileage related problems and it hasn't let me down.

I was thinking the same thing as SSR.
Your 2011 with 311,000 miles is just getting broken in! Both of mine ('02 3500 & '03 2500HD) have more than twice that much each on the original engines & trans. The '03 did get a rear end rebuild & a set of trick Fleece Patriot cupless heads though. After the first 100K each all those miles are pulling the car trailers to boot. I used to do customer service for one of the "big 3" and the newer cards (this was before the pandemic) all had significantly more transmission and engine problems compared to vehicles even a couple years older. I don't think I will ever purchase a new car. Maybe lease one, but I have heard many horror stories even with leases.
