RIP. Very sorry to see this. Try as we might for safety, the salt snaps us back to the reality of what these brave drivers are trying to accomplish. Condolences to family, friends and the team.

Also very sorry to hear about this, I met him a couple of times in the 1980's when he was running Sprint cars when we were both in our 20's. Sad to know I will never get a chance to speak with him again.
