Scammer Alert - MB Autotech Clifton Jobe - Karalee Atkinson
These guys got me for a bit of cash by putting up a pretty dang good fake email chain complete with pics that they probably lifted from one of the members here. He said he had the LH long branch manifold I was looking for. The pics showed the correct part with a repaired upper collector stud welded on and a reasonable price sitting on a chest freezer in a garage. Seemed legit.
They say they have a salvage yard in Nampa, Idaho. Don't do credit cards, want you to use Zelle or PayPal. Seem to be native english speakers. A bit more sophisticated than the usual overseas scammers. I think they user name they put up is TruckersSince1982. |
