Found some interesting Judges today while cleaning up my spreadsheet:

Looking at Baltimore built Judges by numerical VIN chronology found two odd balls:

First one is a non-pattern Judge with a B148577 VIN, shipping date is March 13th 69 and trimtag is 03B but this VIN makes it a first second week January build. About two weeks before the first pattern Judge. Options are:
4spd, AM, Hideaway, remote mirror, console, power disc brakes, all glass softray, Judge, AC. The builddate by VIN probably makes this the first Judge built (but not shipped). Was this a pilot car for the Judge option for this plant?

second one is a non pattern Judge with a B1510XX (last two digits unknown), shipping date is january 23rd, the earliest of all my Judges of any plant. It was shipped Canada and it has a lot of options:
4spd, STT HD, spc order axle, AM, rear speaker, defog, dlx belts, wood wheel, hood tach, console, exhaust tips, clock-gauges, PS, PDB, tint windshield, Judge, HD fan clutch, redline tires. probably a promo car?

There are also 4 other Judges built in Baltimore in late january that are not Pattern cars, two went to Canada, two to the US. After that the first non pattern Judges appear only after feb 14 ship date.

Every pattern Judge I have was sold in the US, none to Canada or overseas.

Every Atlanta Judge shipped in the pattern period is a pattern car. Also of note is every Judge shipped from this plant till March 7th is a pattern car.

There is one non-pattern Judge shipped from Framingham on jan 27th.

Every Arlington Judge shipped in the pattern period is a pattern car.

There is one non-pattern Judge shipped from Fremont on jan 31st.

When I say pattern period I mean up to about feb 15 shipping date.

Nice info!

Can you 'save as' a csv file in excel?
Most of my data I put in csv file to make it easier to manipulate.
(not in excel though)

Comma Separated Value

Each row of data element is separated with a comma.
it's a small file and doesn't necessarily need excel to use it.

Example:
"Zone 29","G1xxx77","-","2-7-69","Bogel Pontiac","Bayonne NJ","Pattern Judge #71 "," ZGB476719"

Excel should be able to save your database as a CSV file also.
Plus it can be used to import it back into excel if need be.

I’ll do a bit of reading about that, my computer knowledge is near nil.
