I know VOE was not available on Ram Air III or Ram Air IV engines. That matches up with the ad, which said "dealer install". I wonder why Pontiac chose not to offer it on ram air engines.

That car just sold on eBay about a month or less ago. Out of California.
Around $120k iirc
I thought that was Cheap , and it sold quickly .

I was in contact with the seller trying to get a copy of the actual buildsheet he said he had.
But it had just sold that day and he said he would have to consult buyer before sharing it.
It is a 9D Memo - Special Equipment Car .

I don't think the buildsheet was going to be helpful about the Memo Mystery or he would have noticed that about the buildsheet already.
Seller was Tony formerly of Custom Classics and he has been in the GTO business for decades.

139k is still on the cheap end

Default VOE. RAM AIR IV

Yea, I ordered my RA IV in November of 1969 with a clutch fan and VOE. Salesman called back a couple of days/ weeks later, saying that those options not available
